AIonix Updater Instruction manual

What is This App?

AIonix Updater is a user-friendly platform that allows you to check for updates. Below are the key features and instructions for using the app.

When you open the page, you will see the following components:

Header: “Project AIonix”
Three Buttons (Icons):
- Info (i): Displays app details.
- Dark Mode (moon): Toggles between light and dark themes.
- Help (?): Opens an external help page (This Page).
Content Area:
- Welcome message: “Welcome to AIonix Updates!”
- Instruction: “To continue, click Check for Updates!”
- Check for Updates button: Starts the update check process.
- Status area: Shows messages like “Checking for updates…” or “Your version is up to date.”

Follow these steps to check for updates:

Check for Updates:
- Click the “Check for Updates” button.
- The page displays “Checking for updates…” and fetches data from this source.
- If a newer version is available (compared to the current version, 1.3):
  - A dialog appears showing the new version number and release notes.
  - Click Yes to download the update.
  - Click Cancel to close the dialog.
- If no update is available, the status area shows “Your version is up to date.”
Note: Sound effects enhance the user experience (e.g., when the dialog opens or a download is confirmed).

Click the Info (i) button in the header.
A modal appears with the following details:
- App version: “Project AIonix Updater /Yourversion/”
- Credits: “Developed by aliysnm with love.”
- Telegram link: @SamsaA155F (Support and community chat)
- Update status notice
Click Close to dismiss the modal.

Dark Mode:
- Click the Dark Mode (moon) button.
- The page switches between light (white) and dark (dark gray) themes.
- Your preference is saved in the app’s localStorage.
Help:
- Click the Help (?) button.
- A new tab opens with the help page (This Page).
